Nasturtium

General Characteristics:

Nasturtiums are very easy to grow, either by sowing seeds directly into the open ground or through seedlings. Nasturtium seeds are quite large and easy to sow.
Direct sowing: just sow the seeds right where they need to grow, I sow from March through May).
Through seedlings: Start sowing seeds in suitable trays indoors 4-6 weeks before the last date of the return frost. Plant the seedlings once the danger of frost has passed. It is a low-maintenance plant and the flowers are edible and suitable for bouquets. Nasturtiums belong to the "cut again and again" group of flowers, the more you pick the flowers, the more they will bloom, attracting pollinators.

Recommendations:

-Plants should preferably have any kind of support so that the shoots can climb upward
-Suitable for growing in pots
-Let a few flowers go to seed and you'll have your own supply of fresh seeds for next year.
