Paeonia 'Koningin Wilhelmina'

Peony 'Koningin Wilhelmina' is a symbol of sophistication and royal beauty, which will become a real decoration of the garden and give an atmosphere of nobility.

It was introduced into cultivation in 1907. This variety was bred by the famous Dutch breeder Pieter Lombock and named in honor of Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands, who reigned from 1890 to 1948.

Peculiarities:

• Sustainability: frost-resistant variety, withstands low temperatures (up to -34 °C). Resistant to the main diseases of peonies
• Care: prefers sunny areas or light partial shade. Grows in fertile, well-drained soils. Requires regular watering, especially during the period of active growth and flowering
• Usage: ideal for cutting, flowers stay fresh in bouquets for a long time. Looks great in single plantings and mixed flower beds
